This includes managing and optimizing the development of multiple projects (greenfield and/or partially developed) into fully developed projects aiming to achieve the Ready to Build status within the agreed timeline and budget.ResponsibilitiesSet budget and timeline plans. Manage the project to ensure quality within budget and schedule;Develop a strategy for project development to optimize based on project conditions;Manage risks proactively to ensure the project is constructible and market-attractive;Manage and coordinate 2 Junior Project Development Managers;Procure services from external consultants and legal advisors;Secure permits such as Environmental and Building Permits until the project reaches Ready to Build status;Secure Grid Conditions and a Grid Connection Agreement with the utility;Secure land access in collaboration with the Land team;Manage stakeholder relations through a communication plan involving municipalities, authorities, local associations, residents, and landowners;Conduct due diligence during project acquisition processes;Stay updated on relevant legislation, working closely with Legal Counsel;Monitor market trends and surrounding projects;Identify new project opportunities.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the renewable energy sector, preferably in PV;Bachelors degree in engineering, environmental science/law, or related fields;Team-oriented with a delivery mindset, capable of managing multiple workstreams within budget and schedule;Adaptable, problem-solving skills, and strong stakeholder communication abilities;Leadership and management experience;Fluency in Italian and English;Proficiency in MS Office.Additional notes:Generous, negotiable salary package;EUR 10 worth of meal tickets daily.If interested in joining a highly skilled, international team, please apply through the provided link or contact Georgia Sumnall.#J-18808-Ljbffr
