He/She will coordinate internal departments with customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with costs, timelines, and quality standards.The position reports to the R&D Manager of Poltrona Frau''s Interiors in Motion Business Unit.Main ActivitiesProject Manager activities include (but are not limited to):Coordinate the product development team as the assigned project manager.Plan all product development activities and monitor their progress until objectives are achieved.Act as the interface and contact person for the customer until a suitable period after the product''s production launch.Conduct technical-production feasibility analyses on new products.Identify potential new suppliers of materials in collaboration with the Purchasing/SQE Office.Initiate pilot orders for these materials until the product/supplier is qualified.Manage technical changes to the project as agreed with the client and coordinate related activities.Provide Process Quality support in managing customer complaints and reports post-series production.Plan and monitor activities related to transfers of production sites.Supervise prototype creation at the Modeling Shop.Plan, request, and monitor laboratory tests on new products (Technical Resolution and Self-qualification).Prepare cost estimates for new products to formulate offers.Education and ExperienceMaster''s Degree in Engineering.Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within structured, international companies.Fluent in English.Experience in the automotive sector (OEM / Tier 1).Knowledge of AS400/SAP applications is a plus.Skills and AbilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team.Proven negotiation and presentation skills.Aptitude for problem-solving and innovation.Customer-oriented mindset, both externally and internally.Attention to detail.Goal-oriented and focused on achieving objectives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
