Job Title: Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator Contract Duration: 6 months, starting July 1, 2025 Salary Range: 16,500 - 19,000 for the 6-month contract Location: Remote, residing in Italy required Company: Beefree Job Description We are seeking a creative and highly organized Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator to cover our current Coordinators maternity leave. In this role, you will coordinate design operations across our brandsBeefree, Beefree SDK, and Really Good Emails (RGE). You will support a team of three graphic & visual designers by prioritizing tasks, managing requests, and maintaining efficient workflows. Additionally, you will engage in hands-on design work, creating campaign visuals, marketing materials, and assets to keep our content fresh and aligned with brand standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and operational tasks, possesses excellent relational skills, thrives in a remote environment, and has a keen eye for quality design. Key Responsibilities Team Coordination & Design Operations Coordinate design projects across all brands. Manage task prioritization, timelines, and resource allocation for the design team. Oversee design request intake and ensure smooth handoffs. Hands-On Design Work Create emails and landing pages for campaigns, events, and promotions. Design marketing visuals, booth assets, one-pagers, presentations, and social visuals. Support social media and email marketing with design needs. Design or update assets for sales outreach and enablement materials. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align materials with messaging and branding. Qualifications Strong background in digital graphic design and layout. Experience managing or coordinating creative projects and teams. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency with Beefree, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and project management tools like Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of email and landing page design best practices. Comfortable working remotely in an async environment. Strong communication and relational skills. Bonus: Video editing skills (Premiere, AfterEffects, Jitter or similar).
