We are looking for an Intern to join our Human Resources team based in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. The company sources branded specialty ingredients from leading manufacturers worldwide and its ingredient experts provide value-added technical support which includes pre-mixing, blending, ingredient formulation and ingredient testing from its state-of-the-art, customized formulation centers and application laboratories in EMEA, Americas, and Asia-Pacific. The intern assists in International Talent Acquisition (TA), Learning Development (LD) Programs, responsible for maintaining and implementing parts of the Barentz LD process: the Barentz Academy, the online LD application (Cornerstone), ensuring the quality of learning and development programs/initiatives and related processes. The intern also assists in Talent Acquisition Projects by planning interviews with hiring managers, conducting phone screen interviews, and supporting Employer Branding Projects. Learning Development Helps developing requested LD solutions with Content Owners to develop their required knowledge, skills and behavior, within budgetary constraints. Suggests improvements to the Barentz LD programs, both on the content of Cornerstone and the content of the Barentz Academy. Is co-responsible with the Group LD Manager for maintenance to ensure high-quality Barentz Academy training courses. Assists with the implementation of communications and promotional strategies to ensure awareness of LD opportunities within Barentz worldwide. Helps as an internal advisor on learning and development. Talent Acquisition Helps with posting vacancies online. Helps with job offers and onboarding of new hires. Bachelor's or Master's study in Human Resource Management or related education in progress. Solid written and verbal command of the English language, Dutch is a plus. Team player, open to working with different cultures. Enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole internship period.
