Your Tasks

Plan, manage, execute and coordinate the introduction of executive seats for the Business Aviation Aircraft

Define, manage and control project plans, schedules and project program progress

Identification and mitigation of project risks and monitoring of project cost analysis and continued cost improvements

Monthly program reporting in Steering Committee meetings

Manage project teams with a matrix setup within Product Management, Engineering, Production Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Pilatus subsidiaries

Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to confirm project requirements and objectives

Ensure a good reputation and high level of customer satisfaction

Collaborating with Business Aviation leaders for department wide strategy

With this you convince us

Technical background with a degree on level FH

At least 5 years practical experience within Program Management & Project Management in Aviation

Experience within the aircraft industry

Distinct coordination and planning skills

Very good written and spoken English (C1) and German (B2)

High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, flexibility and communication skills
