Product Analyst (Fulltime) A Product Analyst (functional, business and data analysis) is responsible to bridge the gap between business needs and product development. The Product Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that our product initiatives are grounded in real business value and are designed to meet the needs of our users and the market. Responsibilities Engage with external stakeholders to collect relevant data, insights, and context about current and future market needs. Analyse the gathered information and identify potential risks Analyse and translate high-level business needs into clear, actionable, and well-defined product requirements. Maintain a high-level overview in order to refine product requirements with a strong awareness of the existing implementation and the current customer base. The Business Analyst is expected to ensure continuity by minimizing breaking changes and considering the impact on current users. Create comprehensive, structured, and easy-to-understand documentation that supports decision-making and product development. Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the process. Provide data-driven recommendations for business improvements and efficiency as well as insights to support strategic business planning Ensure that the outputs of the analysis directly support the company and product strategy, helping to align the product with both customer expectations and market demands. Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging technology trends Perform tasks as described in the ISO standards (including ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO45001, ISO14001, etc.) Your Profile What combination of skills, mindset and experience are we seeking in our ideal candidate? Bachelor or Masters degree; Strong affinity with software development; Interested in emergent technologies such as drones; Experience in the aviation or drone industry is a plus; Fluent in English, both spoken and written - Dutch is a plus.
