responsibilities :
- Deliver technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Provide effective communication and resolution in French.
- Analyze recurring issues and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Track incidents and service requests in ITSM tools.
- Work closely with global support teams for escalations.
requirements-expected :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support
- Proficiency in French (minimum B2/C1 level).
- Very good command of English.
- Ability to work onsite from the Krakw office.
- Solid knowledge of IT systems and customer support practices.
