Temporary Innovation/Business Process Re-EngineeringManager Duration: 1 Year + 1 Year optional Job Summary: TheTemporary Innovaton Manager will drive the Business ProcessRe-Engineering (BPR) strategy and execution within theorganization. The role includes overseeing the innovationtransition, ensuring that new concepts are effectively integratedinto the existing business framework. Key Responsibilities:Innovation Strategy Development: - Collaborate with stakeholders toidentify and prioritize opportunities. - Develop a clear BPRstrategy aligned with the companys goals. Project Management: -Lead the BPR project from conception through execution, ensuringtimelines and budgets are met. - Coordinate cross-functional teamsto facilitate innovation initiatives. Research and Development: -Conducting researches to identify trends and gaps. - Exploringemerging technologies and methodologies to enhance innovationefforts and integrate solutions. Change Management: - Develop plansfor the transition of new innovations into operational processes. -Provide training and support to staff to adapt to new technologiesand processes. Stakeholder Engagement: - Communicate effectivelywith stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on innovationinitiatives. - Foster a culture of creativity and innovation withinthe organization. Performance Evaluation: - Measure the success andimpact of innovation initiatives. - Present findings andrecommendations to senior management. Qualifications: - Mastersdegree in Business Management Engineering or a related field; - 12+ years of proven experience in innovation management, projectmanagement, or related roles. - Strong understanding of changemanagement principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonalskills. - Ability to analyze data and market trends. - Proficiencyin relevant software and tools for project management andinnovation tracking. Skills: - Strategic thinking andproblem-solving. - Leadership and team-building abilities. -Creativity and ability to think outside the box. - Strongorganizational skills.
