YOUR FUNCTION:

To strengthen our Circular Economy team, we seek a Principal Business Consultant in CE. You will collaborate with the Consulting division, build our Business Consulting offerings, grow the CE team, develop challenging engagements, and share your expertise in the sector. We seek a senior professional with a broad set of Business Consulting skills.
Leadership
- Advise clients and develop roadmaps towards future ambitions focusing on positive outcomes and value
- Build a network of decision makers within clients and Inetum-Realdolmen
- Communicate business benefits to teams and clients
- Lead and inspire the CE consulting team with enthusiasm
- Manage knowledge sharing initiatives
Commercial
- Expand senior relationships within client organizations, leveraging your network in CE
- Ensure customer satisfaction on projects
- Build strategic, trusted relationships with clients
- Understand client business strategies and the CE sector, including market trends and regulations, and adapt offerings accordingly
Delivery
- Develop solutions and strategies aligned with client needs
- Participate in pre-sales, proposals, and project scoping within CE
- Address customer satisfaction issues proactively
- Identify improvement opportunities for clients and Inetum-Realdolmen
- Engage actively in delivery projects and strategic assignments
Personal
- Work effectively on complex issues, considering client culture and objectives
- Proactively address issues and reduce team stress
- Seek additional business benefits for clients and the company
- Continuously improve processes and approaches
YOUR PROFILE:
- Strong commercial attitude and business acumen
- Trend-aware in the CE market
- Flexible, proactive, open-minded
- Customer-focused with long-term relationship skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Dutch, French, and English
