Mission Define the marketing requirements of the offer features, define SOW (Statement of Work) and build standardized documentation of how the offer is designed within the Marketing playbook. Define use cases, enrichment of the offer and ongoing iterations of the offer. Jobs Responsibilities Write clear, customer focused use cases to feed the backlog of the offer, based on the customer and market requirements. You will be responsible for clearly defining the marketing requirements (6Ps) to be developed by the squad. Build and own the E2E marketing plan file of the offer portfolio and deliver a comprehensive marketing file, as a deliverable before "Release", the file must be granular and detailed with at least the following: Summary of the gaps from the initial plan to the result BCV, country scope & offer scope (use cases) Offer Value proposition (in case relevant per stakeholder / decision maker) Offer structure Consolidation of all use cases (problems it solves) the offer serves List of all the stakeholders and their position in the value chain Competition analysis Customer segmentation Customer engagement plan Communication package + sales pitch Tools which are part of the offer E2E process from identify an opportunity to sign a contract green field & brown field, from SE rep perspective and customer perspective Start SWP & Leverage SWP as business opportunity and define a common road map with Modernization squad. Contribute to SWP process document. Manage inputs and define ongoing improvements required of the offer to meet customer/market needs. Drive action to ramp-up the business & maximize offer adoption. Track the results of the sales and adoption of the offer by indicating the success factors (e.g. Attachment rate) and engage corrective action. Provide a holistic view of the solution by monitoring market dynamics, analyzing customer feedback, and proposing the necessary improvements and adaptations to ensure its successful deployment in the targeted markets. PWP: Secure capability to deliver spare parts to customers at the right level of quality during the period of service. Ensure proper follow up of the different PWP projects and Manage projects from end to end. What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
