SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement Functional Support Freelance Contract

Were supporting a world-leading sustainable technology company in their search for a Functional SAP Ariba Specialist to help onboard and support suppliers across the Ariba Network.
You''ll join a dedicated team focused on enabling suppliers to transact, manage catalogues, and integrate invoicing via Ariba, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Key responsibilities:
- Onboard suppliers and manage catalogue setup (static and punch-out)
- Support invoice integration and follow through to completion
- Provide deep functional support with Ariba content enablement tools
- Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and coordinate technical escalations
- Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams
- Maintain documentation and provide training where needed
- Ensure compliance and track enablement KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience with SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement and Ariba Network
- Minimum 3 years experience in a functional role with strong ability to troubleshoot integration issues
- Deep knowledge of Ariba content enablement tools and catalogue integration processes
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a strong plus
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Familiarity with procurement or finance processes is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills are an advantage
Location:
- Remote possible, but preference for Belgium-based candidates (hybrid model with 23 days per week in the office)
- Must be available during Belgian business hours
