Were seeking an experienced and forward-thinking
Machine Learning Manager
with deep expertise in
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
and
Large Language Models (LLMs) . Youll lead the design and curation of high-quality, scalable datasets that directly influence the performance and fairness of our language models.
As a
Manager , you will: Lead a global team of engineers building solutions for industry-leading clients. Define the technical direction of complex NLP and AI projects. Oversee projects from concept to delivery, managing scope, timelines, risks, and resources. Promote a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement. Ensure transparency through clear communication with stakeholders and team members. Contribute to our broader technology strategy and client advisory initiatives.
What Were Looking For Required: Masters degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science). 4+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or data science roles. 1+ year managing technical projects and leading teams. Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, NLP, or computer vision. Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI (fine-tuning, RAG, pruning, etc.). Proficient in Python, Git, Docker; experience with GitHub/GitLab workflows. Solid grasp of agile methodologies and best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Fluent in English and Spanish. Nice to Have: PhD in a relevant field. Familiarity with quantum computing or Tensor Networks libraries.
