As Process Engineer Expert_Naval System with experiencein floaters design, you will join our Department TEAM (Technologybased Activities and Methods) which deals, among others, with theprocess design of Utilities and Offsite units, in the business lineEnergy Carriers, conducting the following activities: Activities: -Preparation of Process Flow Diagrams and Heat and Material Balancesto show unit operations and plant operational data - Sizing ofEquipment and Instrumentation preparing Process Data sheets andDuty Specifications - Elaboration of Piping and InstrumentationDiagrams (PIDs), Cause and Effect Charts, Control Narratives andLogic Sequences - Development of hydraulic and thermal calculationsin steady state and transient operation - Preparation of OperatingManuals and Test Run procedures - Attendance to multidisciplinaryproject reviews ensuring that the systems comply with theapplicable codes, standards, regulations, and best practices. InSaipem these activities may apply to several competitive, safe andsustainable plants and processes, in the energy transition towardsNet Zero. Leveraging on your previous experience in floatersdesign, you can contribute to Saipem expertise and offering thatinclude Floating Production Structures (FPS) ideation, design,procurement, fabrication, integration, operation and maintenanceproviding our customers with onshore-equivalent installations tofacilitate production, storage and transshipment of oil and gas(FPSO) in complex and unconventional environments. QUALIFICATION:Process Engineer should possess a Degree in Chemical or MechanicalEngineering. Significant and valuable previous experience isrequested in process design of naval systems (such as ballast,bilge,) located in the hull of floating units KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISHLANGUAGE: good, both written and spoken LABOUR RELATIONSHIP:Permanent Contract YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10-15 years with min. 5-10years of experience as process designer of naval systems offloating units IT SKILLS: Knowledge is expected for the most commonsoftware relevant to: - Process design (e.g. Hysys) - Hydraulicdesign (e.g. Pipenet) - Cad design (e.g. Autocad, Bluebeam) SOFTSKILLS: - Communication - Teamwork - Problem-solving - Adaptabilityskills NICE TO HAVE: Projects execution often foresees involvementof international branches or partners; in addition, plantscommissioning and start up generally require support from processengineering.
