This position will be based in our Zurich office with a hybrid schedule that has the option of working two days remotely each week.
Team Overview:
The Claims Department of ERCID is looking for a Head of Claims to join our Zurich office. This position is intended to support Everest Res continuing expansion in Continental European reinsurance. The appointment will reinforce our commitment to providing clients and distribution partners with best-in-class claims solutions.
The successful individual will report to the Head of International Re Claims based in London and join the International Re Claims Leadership team.
Role Purpose:
The successful candidate will lead a team of three claims professionals and, as well as managing a broad claims portfolio, will assist with the training and development of the wider claims team. The role requires an innovative and inquisitive mindset to contribute to the continuous improvement of our working practices and to add to our analytical capabilities.
