The role

We are looking for a versatile and motivated individual to join our growing team, helping us to continue to build strong client relationships and enhance our excellent customer service as we expand across Europe.

What youll be doing

Your main focus will be on troubleshooting and problem solving in order to provide excellent customer support. Additionally, you will be supporting the sales teams to improve customer retention and upsell our product, where appropriate, to existing customers.

Youll be joining a small team at a fast growing company, presenting plenty of opportunities to be adaptable and apply a broad range of skills to a variety of tasks. As we discover more about different types of customers and expand into new markets, youll learn quickly and have the opportunity to shape your role as it evolves.

Your responsibilities

• Building relationships with clients, helping them to get the most out of our product.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving to identify the root cause of client issues and provide helpful, creative solutions.
• Computer and phone-based customer support.
• Onboarding new clientsonto our platform.
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and upselling.

Your experience

Essential

• Experience in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Bachelor''s degree from university (or higher).
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Nice to have

• Experience working for a B2B software product.
• Some sales/account management experience.

• You enjoy building relationships and helping people succeed.
• You are highly reliable.
• You possess an excellent eye for detail.
• You are comfortable working independently.
• You are proactive and excel at problem solving.

What youll get

• An annual salary of between 35,000 - 40,000
• 23 holiday days per year, in addition to Spanish public holidays.
• Laptop (+ accessories for working remotely).
