This team will actas a center of excellence for expert Sales support, solutiondesign, delivery, and customer success. About the Role We arelooking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the newlyformed Solution Team. You will play a key role in ensuring thesuccessful delivery of professional services to end customers ofour OpCos, managing internal resources and external expectations todeliver technical projects with excellence. This is an excitingopportunity to join a high-impact team at its inception andcontribute to building scalable delivery frameworks and bestpractices across the group. Key Responsibilities Project &Program Management - Lead end-to-end delivery of professionalservices projects across OpCos, ensuring alignment with scope,timeline, and budget. - Manage the global project portfolio andcoordinate resources, planning, and execution. - Track keymilestones (kick-off, reviews, UAT, go-live) and serve as the mainclient contact throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitorprogress, run regular project reviews, and escalate issues whenneeded. - Ensure visibility on team capacity via an up-to-dateworkload plan. - Apply best practices and delivery methodologies(Agile, Scrum, hybrid) across teams. - Align project execution withbusiness priorities and customer expectations. - Drive clear andproactive communication with stakeholders to manage risks,decisions, and expectations. Reporting & PerformanceMonitoring - Provide concise project updates, status reports, anddashboards. - Monitor KPIs to track project health, teamefficiency, project profitability, and service quality. - Documentkey decisions, changes, and milestones to ensure full traceability. Process & Quality Improvement - Develop and improve deliveryprocesses and best practices. - Ensure quality standards throughclear documentation and testing protocols. - Train teams onprocesses and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Workclosely with the Tech Lead to streamline workflows and solvedelivery issues. Contribute to building reusable templates, tools,and delivery assets. Scope of Professional Services Managed Youwill be responsible for overseeing delivery of a broad range ofservices including but not limited to: - Business Applications(Dashboards, Data Tools) - Device Decoding & Integration -Hardware Staging (sensors, gateways, routers) - Sensor/GatewayEnrollments - Project Management for Tailored Solutions - Scripting(rules engine, automation, analytics, endpoints) - EmbeddedDevelopment for Gateways/Routers - White-labeling (Web App andpartially Mobile App) - Onboarding & Training Programs - SIMProfile Customization - On-site and Remote Audits (radio coverage,hardware sourcing, vertical-specific solutions) Required Skills& Experience - Proven experience (5+ years) as a DeliveryManager, Project Manager, or Professional Services Manager in atech-driven environment (preferably IoT, Telco, or SaaS / atminimum within an IT-related context). - Strong knowledge ofproject delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid). -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,especially in multicultural or multi-entity environments. -Experience in managing cross-functional teams, includingdevelopers, engineers, and customer-facing roles. - Ability tomanage several complex projects simultaneously with a hands-on,problem-solving mindset. - Comfortable working in a matrixorganization and in coordination with international business units.- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages area plus.
