We are looking for an experienced freelance Salesforce professional to support us on a regular basis with the following:- CRM: Data management, account segmentation, and process optimization, automations, analytics.- Reports: Building insightful reports and dashboards for sales and marketing, including both data and visual charts- Marketing Automation: Support with the existing synchronization between Salesforce and ActiveCampaign, used for email marketing and contact nurturing workflowsPreferred Skills:- Marketing knowledge to enhance CRM and campaign performance.Requirements:- Proven experience with Salesforce.- Direct collaboration (no agencies, only independent freelancers).- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Availability for an ongoing monthly agreement.- English mandatory, Italian preferred.If you meet the criteria and are interested in a long-term freelance collaboration, please submit your application here.
