This role requires business and functional analysis skills, as well as PMO skills. You will interact daily with internal and external stakeholders to support new projects and product features development.As Product Tech eCommerce, you will work closely with other Fabrick teams across the EU, including Product Owners and Managers, Delivery Managers, Tech Analysts, and Commercial teams.Interacting with international teams is essential, as your scope includes digital payments across the EU.Main scope: eCommerceAnalysis of card schemes and regulatory requirements to ensure gateway compliance.Develop new acceptance use cases & features based on merchant requirements.Analysis and requirements gathering for all gateway and orchestration projects.Validation of functional analysis with Tech teams.Activities:Manage functional analysis and define requirements documents and other project-related documents.Prepare, contribute to, and document analysis activities (gap analysis, preliminary, detailed, impact analysis).Supervise and manage test planning, define test cases, and execute user acceptance testing.Gain hands-on experience analyzing, defining, and proposing enhancements to business processes, reports, and applications to optimize effectiveness.Assist with ad-hoc data requests for internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related Business field.At least 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance or Payments industry.Experience delivering Digital Payments projects in the Large Corporate market is an asset.Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Collaborative approach and willingness to learn.Proven ability to work effectively with people at all organizational levels.Creative problem-solving skills and solution development ability.Strong interest and passion for the Payment Industry, including new payment methods and business needs for Large Corporate clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
