The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM development, and the ability to design, build, and maintain IT Service Management solutions aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and customise BMC Helix ITSM applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements. Implement workflows, forms, and integrations within the Helix platform. Conduct system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively. Ensure alignment with internal security and compliance policies. Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer or training as needed. Key Requirements: Fluency in English Minimum of 3 years experience in BMC Helix ITSM development. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Proficient in developing custom workflows, business rules, and data integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with databases such as SQL or Oracle is advantageous.
