Overview:
The HR Administrator will manage all HR-related functions for LiuGong Dressta Machinery in Stalowa Wola, supporting 40 employees and 10+ civil contract workers. This hands-on role requires practical management of employee relations, grievances, administrative processes, and HR reporting to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, promptly and effectively addressing concerns.
- Support the company culture by fostering positive employee relations and workplace harmony.
- Guide managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
- Support the HR needs of out-stationed employees from Liugong, China
Administrative HR Management
- Oversee all hiring and dismissal processes, ensuring compliance with Polish labour laws and company policies.
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, civil contracts, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with line managers to support workforce planning and recruitment needs.
Payroll & HR Data Management
- Work closely with the HR Data Specialist to manage employee data, payroll inputs, and HR systems.
- Ensure accurate KPI (Polish Social Insurance Institution) reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
HR Reporting
- Prepare and submit regular HR reports to Liugong OBD, the European HR Manager, and the CFO of Poland.
- Provide data-driven insights on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor updates in employment legislation and implement changes as necessary.
General HR Support
- Provide practical support and solutions for day-to-day HR operations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Support onboarding and training activities for new employees and contractors.
Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience :
- Minimum of 3 years in an HR generalist or administrator role.
- Experience with Polish labour laws, PKI management, and compliance is essential.
- Familiarity with HR software and reporting tools.
Skills :

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Hands-on, practical approach to HR management.
- Proficiency in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
