Our portfolio counts over 60 investments, with more than 35 in venture capital, including Satispay, Qonto, Banxware, Volume, Smava, Smartpricing, among others.We are looking for an Investment Reporting & Controlling Specialist with strong financial expertise and business acumen, and with previous experience in Admin Reporting, Portfolio & Financial Controlling to expand our team.Main Responsibilities :Admin & ReportingRegistration and management of master data (e.g., TT, 8-digit codes, account 14, etc.)Accounting transactionsProcessing of incoming and outgoing bank transfersManagement, entry, and upload of data on internal dashboards and monthly regulatory reporting to the Bank of ItalyPreparation of quarterly summary reports for the Group Secretariat and AuditorsMonitoring of investments and portfolio performanceAssistance in drafting the quarterly Group Portfolio ReviewSupport in the preparation of presentations for the Risk CommitteeSupport in the preparation of budget and forecastAssistance in quarterly valuations and Impairment TestProject ManagementManagement of CIB CVC and equity investments projectsKey Requirements :At least 3-4 years in similar roles within the investment sectorExceptional knowledge of MS Office SuiteProficiency in English ideally improved through an educational / working experience abroad and Italian is a mustOutstanding university degree (Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Engineering / similar subject from a Tier-1 university)Join us if you are proactive , have a goal-oriented attitude, and possess strong attention to detail and prioritization skills .
