Ourcommitment to excellence and innovation drives us forward, and weare looking for a passionate individual to join our growing team.Job Description: As an Inside Account Representative, you will playa critical role in driving business growth by generating,qualifying, and managing leads through both inbound and outboundchannels. Working closely with our Business Development Manager andchannel partners, youll help build a strong and high-quality salespipeline, directly contributing to increased conversion rates andrevenue. This role also involves managing relationships withchannel partners and end users, coordinating meetings, andsupporting small to mid-sized sales opportunities from start toclose. You will engage with system integrators, VARs (Value-AddedResellers), and resellers to understand their needs and delivervalue-driven solutions, strengthening our market presence andcustomer loyalty. By identifying new business opportunities andsupporting strategic expansion, your work will be essential inboosting the teams efficiency, ensuring sales readiness, andhelping the company reach its growth objectives. Occasional travelmay be required for client meetings and industry events. Experience& Education: Must have: - Requires 5+ years of accountmanagement. Ability to multi-task projects and escalates Pre-salesissues in a timely manner. - Strong communication and presentationskills. - Experience in the IT Hardware sector is required, andknowledge of the rugged market is a plus - Able to workindependently with minimal supervision. - Experience with coldcalling, lead generation and qualifying potential clients / WebResearch. Excellent verbal and written skills are needed. -Business-level English proficiency is required, Spanish is a plus.Nice to have: - Proven success communicating and collaborating withboth technical and non-technical audiences. Self-driven andwell-organized. - Strong pro-active initiative to learn about newproduct releases and improving personal sales recruitment skills. -Experience with internal sales distribution and forecasting systemsare desired - Prior experience in a position that interfaces withinternal company business units, HQ business units and 3rd partybusiness partners is desired.
