We are looking for a Procurement Specialistto perform the following activities: - Building ConstructionProcurement Service: Develop and execute the best strategy toprocure construction and building services. Analyze market trends,manage supplier relationships and ensure the best procurementpractices are followed in line with Procurement Processes. Thosetasks imply the responsibility of supplier selection, contractnegotiation, and performance monitoring. - Procurement ProjectManagement (PPM): Plan and manage procurement projects frominception to completion. Coordinate with various stakeholders toensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Monitor projectprogress, manage risks, manage changes and resolve issues withsuppliers to maintain project efficiency and effectiveness. -Tender Management: Lead and manage the tender processes forconstruction projects. Prepare tender documentation, evaluate bids,and select the most suitable contractors. Ensure compliance withlegal, regulatory, and corporate standards. - Contract Management:Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and legal department,aiming to achieve favorable terms and conditions while maintainingstrong business relationships. - Utilize effective negotiationstrategies to address price, quality, delivery schedules, andwarranties. - Resolve disagreements and potential conflicts duringnegotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements. - StakeholderCollaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders,including project team, suppliers, contractors, and regulatorybodies. Facilitate effective communication and coordination toachieve project goals and deadlines. - Cost Management:. Developcost-saving initiatives and negotiate competitive pricing withsuppliers and contractors. - Risk Management: Identify, assess, andmanage risks associated with procurement and construction projects.Propose mitigation actions to ensure project economical stabilityand avoid extra-costs What are we looking for in you?
