Building on the four principles of "Technology, Quality, Integrity, and Responsibility," Hisense has achieved over 50 years of success in consumer electronics (ranked as the third largest TV manufacturer globally), home appliances, telecommunications, and the thermo-hydraulic sector, with numerous branches worldwide.Job Overview:The resource will be part of the Service Department, responsible for all after-sales service support activities related to Hisense Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) in Italy.Responsibilities:Manage and develop the Service Network for Energy Storage Solutions.Provide technical support to the Service network for ESS products.Monitor activities and related costs of the Service Network.Organize training sessions for service networks.Assist the Pre-Sales team in meetings with the Home Appliance Research Center and organize technical seminars and product training.Manage technical documentation.Collaborate with HQ to analyze product quality and implement improvements.Provide on-site support to the Service Network.Required Skills:Background in thermomechanical, energy, or mechanical engineering.Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in technical support.Knowledge of ESS products and market.Experience with ESS management and supervision systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Good English language skills.Whats in it for you:An international working environment and a passionate team.A variety of challenging tasks that influence company strategy and growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
