What impact do you have?
- Foster a culture of trust and accountability by providing the team with the authority & confidence to manage their tasks and workflows autonomously.

What do you offer?
- Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college) in computer science, software engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4-5 years of experience in a leadership position, ideally in retail and/or e-commerce.
- Fluent in English; French and German are beneficial.
- Proven track record of coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
- Skilled at empowering teams by delegating responsibilities and encouraging ownership and growth.
- A forward-thinking leader who challenges the status quo and drives innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences.
- Ability to apply system thinking to design solutions, balancing architecture, trade-offs, and long-term impact while aligning with organizational goals.
