On this position, youll be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and effective learning content that helps employees improve their skills and performance. Youll work closely with program managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to turn complex ideas into easy-to-understand training materials that meet project goals and audience needs.
Work with the team to understand training needs and create learning goals.
Design and build digital learning content thats clear, engaging, and impactful.
Turn complex topics into simple, easy-to-follow training.
Collaborate with program managers, SMEs, and other designers to ensure content is accurate and aligned with project objectives.
Create and update learning materials like:
Videos and scripts
Voiceover/narration tracks
Storyboards
Quizzes and assessments
Course outlines and plans
Use the ADDIE model (Assess, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) to guide your work.
Design instructor-led training materials, such as:
Presentation slides
Instructor notes
Group activities
Assessments
