The Opportunity

The firm seeks to appoint a Partner to manage corporate restructuring matters. This autonomous role offers managerial opportunities as the team grows, aligning with the firm''s ambitions for expansion in the energy market.

• Manage complex restructuring matters for clients such as multinational corporations and energy companies;
• Provide sound restructuring advice across the spectrum of issues;
• Help grow the team and clientele in line with the firm''s growth ambitions.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will service their own clientele and the firm''s existing clients'' restructuring needs. International restructuring experience is important, especially in energy deals or projects, though not mandatory. The role suits a Counsel-level restructuring lawyer with their own clientele seeking partnership or an existing Restructuring Partner seeking growth opportunities.
