Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide.Explore how we''re creating the future of mobility and join our team of passionate professionals as a Project Quality and Safety Manager!Learn more about how Alstom is shaping the future of mobility and join our team in Savigliano on this exciting journey!YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Be the interface with the Customer quality and safety teams.Establish the Project Quality plan and ensure its proper application during contract execution in accordance with contract requirements and Alstom processes.Contribute to the criticality assessment of sub-systems to ensure the right level of safety and quality assurance, including inspection activities for all identified CTQ.Serve as the primary interface within the Project Team for all quality-related needs across Engineering EQ, Industrial IQ, and Supplier SQ.Guide project teams in understanding quality contributions to the project.Animate and coordinate the project quality community (system and sub-systems).Provide quality awareness and organize quality training sessions as needed.Support project audits, reviews, and approval of vendor quality systems and audit compliance.Assist project teams and the PM in preparing gate reviews and following up on related actions.Report quality and safety alerts, manage non-conformities, and address safety issues.Ensure the quality of modifications during the project.Confirm safety assessments are correctly implemented (e.g., safety reviews) and prepare safety authorizations.Control project deliverables compliance through inspections and audits, authorizing presentation/delivery to the customer.Ensure all REX of all mtiers are considered in Risks & Opportunities and monitor to prevent issues.Coordinate with SQ Team and/or Sourcing for GO Production and FAI activities related to the SPL as part of RAMS.Manage the Supplier Part List, ensuring each Sub-system''s list is properly created.Facilitate problem-solving during project execution to reduce non-quality costs (8D, REX, standards evolution).Improve the efficiency of quality teams to reduce costs.Include relevant stakeholders in customer issue resolution processes when needed.Implement effective corrective and preventive action systems.Support progress reporting through quality indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.YOUR PROFILE:Masters degree in engineering with a management background, depending on the project size.Experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving techniques.Awareness of processes and products delivered in the project.Fluent in English.Knowledge of railway industry norms and certifications is an asset.Experience in quality/audit activities is appreciated.Knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001:2015, Reg. 2019/779, etc.) and quality tools.Experience in operational activities and documentation management.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Alstom is a leader in the mobility sector, solving interesting challenges for tomorrows mobility.
