As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer to install high-tech sensors and robots and provide maintenance and support after installation.What will you do?From our office in Groningen, you will ensure proper preparation for installations, maintain customer contact, configure computer systems, and create documentation (manuals, procedures, FAQs, etc.).At the customer''s site, you will independently carry out installations according to schedule. This can be on location worldwide, or you may guide the installation remotely from Groningen.You will train users through basic and maintenance training sessions to help them work with our technologies.Even after implementation, you remain the customers point of contact. You will perform support, service, and repair tasks (both remotely and on-site) and prepare reports.In this role, you will spend approximately 30% of your working time abroad.What do we ask?MBO+ working and thinking level; we welcome recent graduates entering the job market.Extensive knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and IT through education and/or experience.Residency in (or near) Groningen.Good command of both Dutch and English.A valid drivers license (category B).Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, results-oriented, and customer-focused.What do we offer?An exciting and dynamic role in an organization with short communication lines and an informal working atmosphere.
