Your Responsibilities:
As an integral part of our project management team, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing detailed project plans to guide clients through each phase of their projects.
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conducting risk management to minimize project risks.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Monitoring and tracking project progress and creating comprehensive project documentation.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with project goals and company growth.
Your Profile:
- You hold a Master''s degree in a relevant field.
- You possess experience in the pharmaceutical industry, which is highly preferred.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in project management roles.
- Proficiency in English and French or Dutch is mandatory, as effective communication in these languages is essential for this role.
- You are authorized to work in Belgium.
