Operations Specialistin the Creative Department. Reporting to the VM & Operations Director, the Operations Specialist will manage the operational activities to support the creative department in the production and implementation of temporary projects (pop-ups, hubs, and special events) at a worldwide level. Moreover, he/she will coordinate the related logistics flow, temporary projects, cost analysis, and reports.Main ResponsibilitiesWork with the Store and event design team to ensure the operational management of temporary projects (pop-ups, hubs, and special events), including construction and setup.Follow up on budgets and costs of temporary projects.Supervise the logistics management of boutiques, corners, and temporary projects.Manage orders of furniture for boutiques, corners, and temporary projects.Handle invoices and re-invoicing at branches.Conduct cost analysis of boutiques construction after opening.Your ProfileDegree in economics or management with knowledge of logistics.Strong analytical skills, multitasking ability, accuracy, and attention to detail.Problem-solving skills and results-oriented approach.Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.Fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
