S&you, a renowned international brand specializing in Professional Staffing and the Search & Selection of qualified personnel and middle management, is collaborating with a leading Italian company that produces a wide range of rubber and thermoplastic products. To strengthen its team, the company is seeking aFinancial Group ControllerThe selected candidate will serve as the primary contact for the group (comprising 5 companies in Italy and abroad), with a focus on the head office based in the province of Bergamo. Main responsibilities include:Analyzing data and proactively guiding the business to support the group in achieving strategic, financial, and reporting objectives.Interfacing with the financial management of the parent company.Ensuring the accuracy of reporting required by the parent company, respecting deadlines and IFRS standards.Coordinating the financial and administrative teams of the group to meet financial, reporting, and deadline goals.Managing the development of strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts.Analyzing cost, price, and revenue variations over time and deviations from the budget.Managing working capital.Supporting the General Directors of the group''s subsidiaries.Interfacing with the company''s audit firm.Requirements:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with solid knowledge of financial statistics and accounting principles.Good knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.At least 5 years of experience in responsible financial positions.Strong teamwork skills and ability to build solid working relationships.Good time management and priority-setting skills.Problem-solving skills and an investigative nature.Additional information:An MBA qualification is preferred for this role.Work location: Province of Eastern Bergamo.Interested candidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679.#J-18808-Ljbffr
