- As an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer, you will join a cloud operations team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a multi-account Azure environment. Youll be hands-on with DevOps tools, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and support deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and security protocols. This role includes opportunities to build automation that improves system reliability and developer productivity.

responsibilities :
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and services to ensure high availability and performance.
- Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and alerts in a timely manner.
- Perform routine operational tasks, including system health checks and maintenance.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in problem management by identifying root causes and implementing preventive actions.
- Support change management processes, including assessing and implementing approved changes.
- Document operational procedures, resolutions, and updates to knowledge base articles.
