The role requires solid financial and administrativeexperience in ICT Governance, with a particular focus on IT budgetcontrol, forecasting, and accounts payable management. The idealcandidate will have an in-depth knowledge of cost planning andmonitoring processes, as well as procurement and contractmanagement procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Capex and OpexBudget Management: - Collaboration with Product Owners and localCIOs for the definition,monitoring, and forecasting of Capex andOpex budgets. - Preparation and presentation of budgets to ICTGlobal and Finance Local. - Monitoring of deviations andimplementation of corrective actions. - Quarterly ForecastManagement - Monthly Actual reporting and variance analysis -Procurement: - Coordination with Procurement and Legal for themanagement of ICT contracts. - Preparation of renewal plans andcontrol of contract archiving. - Management of escalations toensure timely contract signing. - Management of the contractexpiration schedule - Investments/Orders: - Management ofauthorization requests for ICT investments. - Management ofSupplier, Project, and Material master data. - Coordination of theissuance of purchase orders - Allocations and Invoices: -Management of annual and monthly Capex and Opex allocations. -Authorization of invoice payments and management of reminders. -Intercompany: - Support in the definition of calculation models -Preparation of inputs for management control for the calculation ofIntercompany costs and related invoices - Resource Planning: -Planning of internal resources and identification of criticalissues. - Portfolio Management: - coordination of an externalresource in charge of the Regional Project Portfolio Management(Demand Mgmt, Monitoring, Reporting) Requirements: - Experience: Atleast 5 years of experience in similar roles; Retail background isa plus. - Education: Degree in Economics, Management Engineering,or equivalent. - Skills: - In-depth knowledge of accounting andbudgeting principles. - Excellent analytical and problem-solvingskills. - Ability to work in a team and coordinate various businessfunctions. - Knowledge of the main IT management tools (SAP, Excel,etc.). - Knowledge of project management - Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. - Fluent in Italian and English.
