Ensuring on time delivery of agreed scope and functionality with the Senior Solution Engineer, for our OpCos to better serve their customers. technical activities: customizing and configurating software applications or systems to meet the agreed scope; during all stages of the deployment project, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users and internal teams as needed collaboration: collaborating with the Senior Solution Engineer to ensure appropriate deployment process is in place and followed; learning: being updated on emerging technologies and trends in key technologies in our landscape. 2-3 years of experience with many of the above-mentioned technologies ~ ability to learn new technologies fast ~ excellent written and verbal English ~ experience with Jira. Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE or FO or Contact Centre)JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.Js)SAP Azure DevOps.
