Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial activities and reporting.
- Coordinate with CFO in Ireland.
- Manage bookkeeping team.
- Handle payroll and optimize ERP processes.
- Develop budgets and reports.
- Implement automation projects.
- Advise management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant experience working as a plant accountant or ready to step up into a no.1 finance position.
- Knowledge of IFRS and tax legislation.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Experience with BI systems and ERP applications.
