This high-impact role involves close collaboration with C-suite stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives aimed at enabling significant cost savings and elevating the organizations Autonomous Operations Maturity. Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle of a large-scale, multi-year business transformation program spanning operations, IT, and organizational change. Oversee multiple workstreams, each led by a Stream Lead; ensure strategic alignment and integration across all streams. Shape and drive the transformation roadmap with a clear focus on operational savings, efficiency, and maturity improvements. Engage directly with senior business leaders and influence decision-making at the executive level. Guide the adoption of automation, AIOps, and autonomous operations within a telecom context. Ensure robust program governance, risk management, and realization of business benefits. Champion change management and enterprise-wide alignment to transformation goals. Required Experience Qualifications: 20+ years of total experience, with 15+ years in the telecom industry. Proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs within telecom organizations. Direct experience working with and influencing C-suite stakeholders. Deep understanding of where transformation value is generated within telecom businesses, especially around Autonomous Operations, AIOps, and Digital Twin concepts. Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience spanning business, IT, and operational domains. Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication abilities. Experience with European telecom operators; Dutch language proficiency is a strong plus.
