We are looking for a successful candidate to join our team for the position of Senior Trade Manager to our office located in Raszyn (near Warsaw). Key Responsibilities: Fulfillment of the sales plan profitability target Active sales of 2nd life gadgets (smartphones etc) in the EU region. Searching for new B2B clients and partners to conduct deals regularly, conduct presentations, and negotiations. Expansion of the B2B customer base: search and analysis of customer information, cold calls, negotiations with customers in person, product presentations. Everyday communication and regular negotiations with partners, orders processing. Building long-term partnership relations with clients and partners, formation of customer loyalty and working to retain customers. Managing all processes of B2B sales deals. Coordination of working conditions, formation of commercial offers. Continuous market analysis, pricing dynamics, and competition, aiming for effective price management (base price, discount sizes and terms, special prices, etc.). Participation in professional conferences, exhibitions, etc. Processing of incoming requests from clients through different channels (messengers, mail, phone), meetings with clients. Requirements: Bachelor''s degree/diploma holder equivalent preferably with a Business/Management/Marketing degree 2-4 years of experience in sales development of relevant products (smartphones, laptops, and other electronic devices) in the EU markets.
