Can you lead and support your team and internal stakeholders effectively? If so, consider advancing your career as our Head of Business Process Consulting.Responsibilities:Manage the Business Application or Business Process Consulting department, assuming both disciplinary and technical leadership.Oversee the management of core business processes and associated applications across the Group, focusing on their technical and organizational development.Handle contract and license management, including negotiations and design.Expand and develop your team within the Competence Center, fostering team satisfaction and user engagement.Apply your expertise as a project manager or software architect to monitor SAP project release planning, including decision templates and upgrade plans.Serve as an internal SAP contact for licenses, services, support, and projects.Transfer knowledge to key users and decision-makers, potentially certifying your team as an SAP Center of Excellence (SAP COE), and oversee SAP system measurements and license audits.Qualifications:A degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification, complemented by extensive experience managing complex IT projects and leading IT teams. Proven expertise in SAP systems (ECC, S4/HANA, HCM, Concur, SF, MII, EWM, GTS, TM, IBP, MDG, etc.) is essential.
