Senior Sales Trainer (m/f/d) - Italy, MilanoThis Senior Sales Trainer (m/f/d) (Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant / Formazione Rete Vendita (m/f/d)) is responsible for analyzing sales performance gaps and providing recommended interventions that maximize sales productivity and effectiveness. This role partners with approximately 200 sales leaders and reps (including Field, Inside, and Channel Sales) across Europe, with a focus on Italy initially.ResponsibilitiesPartner with and advise sales leaders in Field, Inside, and Channel Sales to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals.Build effective relationships with all levels of sales leadership, serving as the key liaison for Learning & Development needs such as new hire onboarding, ongoing education, and leadership development.Collaborate with sales support functions to identify performance gaps and suggest best practices, prioritizing initiatives for the assigned business segments.Work with instructional designers to develop innovative blended learning programs, including live and virtual training, certifications, and online courses.Stay updated on trends and best practices in sales enablement and professional development through webinars, thought leadership, and networking.Evaluate training effectiveness and modify programs or provide coaching as needed to ensure desired outcomes.QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree, or equivalent work experience.Approximately 5 years of relevant sales training experience.Experience supporting or working within sales organizations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.Proven success in performance improvement initiatives.Additional QualificationsFamiliarity with or certification in needs-based or consultative selling methodologies.Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.Self-motivated with leadership qualities to drive change.Strong project management skills with a collaborative approach.Effective coaching and mentoring abilities.Travel Requirements20%-30% travel expected for training sessions, sales visits, or team meetings.Physical DemandsBased in the Milan office with a flexible work policy (2 days in-office).Application ProcessIf you are motivated and passionate about driving business growth, we look forward to your application.
