The role involves managing a range of corporate immigration applications and coordinating international instructions with the wider team.The RoleProvide advice & guidance to corporate clients regarding immigration issues.Manage and coordinate your own caseload, demonstrating experience in high-profile client account management.Ensure case progress and documents are regularly updated on the case management system.Work with a process-driven approach, meeting KPIs and reporting to clients on key metrics.The PersonPrevious experience in corporate immigration.Confidence in liaising with clients at all levels.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Bachelor degree or equivalent.Strong time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to conduct independent research.Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Ability to build collaborative client relationships.Team player with participation in team environments.Familiarity with financial controls and time recording.Timely fee collection and follow-up with clients.Good IT skills.Ability to meet budgets and objectives.Commitment to continuous improvement and risk management policies.Promotes integrity and ethical standards.Desirable: familiarity with related services like Global Mobility, Expat Tax, Payroll.#J-18808-Ljbffr
