As an Associate Partner, youll have the chance to: -Drive Strategic Growth: Play a key role in expanding our footprintin the Life Sciences sector by identifying, shaping, and securingnew business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, andmed-tech companies. - Collaborate with Industry Experts: Work witha team of experiences consultants and subject matter experts toco-create innovative strategies and scalable solutions. - DevelopClient Relationships: Build and nurture long-term clientrelationships at the executive level, becoming a trusted advisor. -Mentor and Lead Teams: Guide and develop team members, fostering aculture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. KeyQualifications - Educational Background: Successfully completeddegree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A PhD or MBAwould be preferred. - Industry Experience: Minimum 8-10 years ofexperience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with a strongtrack record in delivering growth projects within the Life Sciencesindustry. Experience in Pharma Operations and Med Tech would bepreferred. - Language Skills: Fluency in both Italian and Englishis mandatory. Proficiency in German is considered a strong asset. -Communication Excellence: Outstanding presentation, interpersonal,and communication skills, with the ability to engage seniorstakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations. -Entrepreneurial Drive: Strong entrepreneurial mindset with apassion for innovation, change, and value creation. - LeadershipExperience: Proven experience in leading and motivatinghigh-performing teams, with a focus on talent development andcollaboration. - Cultural Fit: Resilient, adaptable with avisionary outlook and a hands-on approach to solving clientchallenges. This role requires a high degree of travel flexibility.As an Associate Partner, you are expected to spend approximately80% of your time on-site with clients.
