Qooling is a Quality and Safety Platform supporting companies in over 15 countries. The Qooling platform helps organizations to structure their Quality and Safety on a single solution. This centralized location provides them with a single point of access when it comes to their Quality and Safety, allowing them to be compliant with all kinds of national and international standards.
Due to the fast growth of Qooling, the Customer Team is expanding. As a Customer Onboarding Manager within Qooling, you will be responsible for onboarding and training new customers. When a company signs up for the Qooling Platform, you will be their single point of contact and accountable for their successful onboarding. As an implementation consultant, you have an important role. You are the one who gives new customers a running start with the platform. You will also get direct feedback on the product, so you will be expected to gather and share this information with the product team. Next to the product team, you will work first-hand with Sales and Customer Success.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Onboarding Manager
Being responsible for the customer after signing up for the platform means that you will create a deep relationship with these customers. You will have kick-off calls when new customers sign up. For these implementation projects, you will have to create realistic planning and manage all stakeholders from both sides. As the main product specialist you will also be heavily involved in current customers when they try new possibilities and need a helping hand. You will be the go-to person when it comes to leveraging the platform and getting the most out of it.
