If you would like to be part of suchunique environment, we are looking for a highly talented SeniorSales Manager MICE. Main Duties and Responsibilities: The SeniorSales Manager MICE is responsible for driving business from theMeetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) segment. Thisincludes developing strategic relationships with corporations,event agencies, PCOs (Professional Conference Organizers), and DMCs(Destination Management Companies), securing group bookings, andmaximizing hotel revenue through tailored sales initiatives. -Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key MICE clientsand partners. - Build and execute a MICE sales strategy to achieveroom night, event space, and revenue targets. - Organize andconduct site inspections, client meetings, and sales trips topromote the hotel. - Respond promptly to MICE RFPs with customizedproposals and creative solutions. - Negotiate group contractsensuring profitability and client satisfaction. - Attend industrytrade shows, networking events, and roadshows. - Partner withcatering, banquet, and operational teams to ensure event executionexcellence. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities toadjust sales strategies. - Maintain a strong presence in local andinternational MICE markets. - Regularly update the CRM with clientactivities and maintain accurate forecasting and Requirements -Minimum 3 years experience in a similar MICE-focused role withinthe hotel industry. - Proven success in selling to corporate andMICE clientele. - Strong organizational, negotiation, andrelationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently,under pressure, and manage multiple priorities. - Willingness totravel domestically and internationally as needed. - Proficiency inCRM systems and Microsoft Office. - Fluent in English; additionallanguages are an advantage.
