What you can expect
As the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the strategic direction of our global compensation and benefits policies.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing the global compensation & benefits strategy to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Driving consistency and efficiency among compensation & benefits policies and practices worldwide.
- Identifying global trends in compensation & benefits and translating them into innovative concepts to enhance the companys attractiveness and competitiveness.
- Assuming responsibility for a globally consistent job architecture , particularly for the integration of employees following M&A or other organizational changes.
- Optimizing, monitoring, and reporting on the annual salary review process.
- Optimizing and implementing compensation programs , including short-term and long-term incentive plans, sales incentive systems, and employee benefits.
- Supporting organizational management in SAP in the area of compensation & benefits.
- Monitoring relevant KPIs and driving continuous improvement to ensure high service and data quality.
- Advising executives and works councils on compensation and organizational matters.
- Supporting regional HR managers and HR business partners in all compensation & benefits-related topics.
- Overseeing the selection and management of external consultants and service providers (e.g., market survey data, benefits providers).
What you will bring
Your Profile:
- A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international company.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing compensation systems, incentive models, and benefits programs.
- Experience working with SAP and other relevant HR systems.
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborating with senior leadership and employee representatives.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
