Role The International HR Director will beresponsible for overseeing the definition and deployment of HRstrategies at Group level, covering the industrial, corporate, andbusiness populations. The role involves managing all key HR leversand promoting a consistent, integrated approach aimed atstrengthening organizational alignment, competitiveness, andlong-term sustainability. - Define and lead the international HRstrategy in alignment with industrial goals and the specificdynamics of each country. - Steer the integrated management of keyHR levers including labor relations and workforce planning tosupport a balanced and sustainable organizational development. -Coordinate strategic projects aimed at enhancing organizational andoperational efficiency, in close collaboration with the Operationsfunction. - Ensure effective monitoring and optimization ofHR-related costs through cross-country analysis, benchmarking, andgovernance tools. - Oversee compensation & benefits policies,regulatory compliance, and the continuous development of peoplemanagement systems. - Partner with General Management and seniorleadership in shaping and supporting organizational evolution. Keyqualifications/Requisiti - Degree in Law, Economics, or Humanities;a Masters in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus.- At least 15 years of HR experience with internationalresponsibilities, gained in complex, multinational industrialenvironments. - Solid understanding of labor regulations,compliance matters, and employee relations, applied within abroader HR management context. - Experience collaborating withsocial partners and supporting resolution of labor-relatedchallenges in diverse environments. - Ability to operateeffectively in structured industrial settings, with a focus oninnovation and sustainability. - Skilled in fostering positiveworkforce relations and promoting a shared corporate cultureinternationally, while respecting local specificities. - Fluency inEnglish represents a mandatory skill Human Value S.r.l.
