Building Envelope/Façade ManagerGalway€neg + PackageBuilding Envelope/Façade Manager required for tier-1 contractor for a new project commencing in Galway City. Key Responsibilities• Ensure that HS is top priority throughout the design development and installation process• Management of the design development process and coordination between the various building envelope sub contractors• Management of the technical submittal process through formal approval with the design team• Management of the sample approval process thorough formal approval with the design team• Work within the confines of the agreed design and procurement schedules for the project• Manage the logistics of the envelope/façade install with site team and sub contractors• Agree installation check sheets with sub contractors and ensure they are complied with thereafter• Carry out installation checks and raise any necessary non-conformance observations and quality when required• Ensure the Operations and Maintenance Manual for the envelope/façade works is developed throughout the project and available for handover of the project• Work closely with commercial team on commercial matters including monthly valuations, variations, value engineering etc.• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure delivery of the building envelope/façade in accordance with the master programme• Track sub contractors progress against their installation programmes and highlight any issues in a timely mannerMinimum Qualifications• 5+ years' experience in a similar role• Construction related Degree• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills• Good understanding of Irish Building Regulations and HS StandardsContact (url removed) for more info or call (phone number removed) to discuss
