As Floor Manager of our brand-new Eindhoven store, you’ll be the connector between strategy and action bringing energy to the floor, motivating the team, and creating unforgettable moments for our consumers.
YOUR IMPACT
- Lead from the front. Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and performance.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through collaboration, coaching, and product knowledge.
- Own the floor. Manage daily operations, rotations, and energy flow on the shop floor.
- Champion the brand. Ensure adidas’ visual merchandising, replenishment, and customer service standards are executed to perfection.
- Empower your team. Coach, guide, and celebrate wins — helping each member grow and succeed.
- Create community. Build meaningful connections with consumers, ensuring every visit feels personal and inspiring.
- Be agile. Adapt to challenges, lead with confidence, and deliver results under pressure.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 12+ months of retail leadership experience in a sports, fashion, or lifestyle environment.
- Proven ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strong understanding of KPI management, product flow, and team motivation.
- Experience in coaching, feedback, and developing others.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change.
- Fluent in English (Dutch preferred) and confident using digital retail tools.
- A natural leader with a positive mindset, passion for people, and love for sport.
