As aBidManager, you are a member of the Managed Services and Outsourcing / Datacenter hosting team. You will have the responsibility of coordinating all phases of the proposal process in response to our customers requests. The ability to meet deadlines, a commitment to teamwork, and detailed follow-through will be the key to success in this role.
You are also in charge of negotiating and managing service contracts.

You have a strong track record of planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals in complex business environments. With experience in scheduling and leading proposal kick-off meetings, facilitating storyboarding sessions, and guiding key review and final document review meetings, you excel at coordinating proposal governance and sign-offs. You are skilled in document production and ensuring the timely delivery of completed proposals.
Your excellent communication skills make you an attentive listener and a confident presenter, capable of effectively engaging stakeholders throughout the proposal process.
