A new and exciting opportunity has arisen as an Industrial Mechanic at Kongsberg Maritime. You will be part of the Drive Unit & Valves Assembly and test team in the Propulsion & Handling division. Your responsibilities will include assembling LPH engines and LPH valves at our location in Brattvg. You will have the opportunity to join a positive and engaging team while working independently. Responsibilities Assembly of LPH engines and LPH valves. Picking parts from the inventory. Preparation of components. Contribute to a good and safe working environment. Qualifications and Experience Certificate of apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic or relevant experience. Preferably experience in assembly work. Forklift and crane certificate. Good communication skills in Norwegian and English. Basic knowledge of data. This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check. Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively. Communicate in a clear, precise and structured way.
